It may *look* like brain tissue but it almost certainly isn't or I doubt I'd be conscious to see it (and it'd be laced with copious amounts of blood). On the other hand mucus looks a lot like brain tissue already. So it's probably nothing out of the ordinary. |

Doesn't say anything about bleeding or pain so I think I'd be okay with a free thumbtack-producing nose. |
