that would probably hurt, and eventually your roof would cave in under the weight

Bad move. If you do this then the pharmacutical corporations will have you killed.

If it rained pasta, it would solve world hunger. The downside is that it would no longer rain water, so everyone would die of thirst.
If your blood cured all diseases, it is possible you would be imprisoned. You would be kept alive and functional so that your blood could continue to be harvested, but you likely would not have freedom or live in ideal conditions.

Unlikely. The pharmaceutical corporations would be up against everyone who could potentially benefit from a cure for all diseases and ailments.
That's *everyone*. Including all the people working for said pharmaceutical corporations, all the shareholders, and all the hitmen they might try to hire.
Not to mention how difficult it would be to kill someone whose blood heals everything up to and including dismemberment...

Killing you would severely limit the supply of your blood, which would be bad. Would killing you even be possible, though, since you effectively auto-heal any injury, by your own blood?

Yeah, I think a more likely sinister outcome is that they just chain you up in a room and continuously drain your blood. They just keep giving you a little back to keep you from dying and prolong your eternal agony.
