You could just use your body to move things. You're invulnerable, so no chance of damage. Still, you would have no ability to do things that require fine motor skills, like lifting or using objects. You basically just control an invulnerable blob of flesh.

This includes smart phones and hand-held devices in general - even though without internet access.
