I think you probably would have to brush them. Although they wouldn't get as much on them as normal teeth, so perhaps they'd be ok. Maybe just careful washing when you normally shower would be sufficient.

I suspect you could eke out the vitamins and minerals you need to live. I mean, you are very likely going to die before 50, that's for sure, but you probably aren't going to keel over in a year.
