When the art comes to life it has a real body an all and is not, possibly, controlled by you. It has every power possible with what you thought or wrote of them before.

Having *everything* I say automatically come to life strikes me as rather dangerous, one slip of the tongue and Gozer is destroying the world. Requiring me to actually put pencil to paper to make something happen adds a good layer of safety.
