Lol even gay bars

Considering I've been to a bar about three times in my entire life, this is not a big deal to me.

I"m picking "humans were marsupials" not because I care a big deal about being allowed into a bar but because seeing a mother human carry her children in her pouch actually sounds pretty cool

Do the people in the state die? Or do they have time/enough warning to evacuate?

It's a disaster - like an earthquake or tsunami. It would be theoretically possible to survive, and there would be some survivors, but probably most of the inhabitants would die.
